I paid $1900.00 for a small bedroom and small closet and I got cheap flooring and insults from "customer relations" BEWARE they "TALK" great , looks OK when installed and less than 5 months later it looks like it is 100 years old and THEY BLAME YOU and want to "repair" with the same cheap flooring that they installed to start with.I tried another company years ago and was satisfied with product but installation was a problem, saw the ads for 50 floor and tried them with one small bedroom and told sales person if all was well I would do master bedroom later.

Never heard back and when flooring started to rise and peel I contacted local and got insulted and hung up on, I then called National office and same thing.Have not heard back in a month so I guess that I am stuck.
